Ability for clients to view project/board without having to login or create account.
Since the update clients now have to create an account and log in to boards they have been invited to. This is inconvenient for clients and I prefer that they did not have to do this because the are asking me every time I invite a new client to a board. The goal is to make this easily accessible for clients and this is annoying for them.

Add or remove single items from overall budget on Budget View
Old wecora had the capability to completely control what was included in a boards budget from the List view, and you could check/uncheck what was included in the total number. Newcora now pulls every single item and displays in huge text at the top. This is not an accurate representation of cost when the client will only be selecting one of the options within each group. Please bring back this function! It was incredibly useful to have control on an item by item basis. Now it is very general and universal by project or by board. More customization the better,…

Add ability to hide the $ total for each group and the whole board but still see how much each item is.
For example - Often times I have multiple options for a faucet or chair in a group. So the group $ total and board total is not actually accurate until my client votes on the item and I delete those. So it would be great to hide the group and board totals but still see the price on individual items. I have had a client get a bit of a jump scare when they see the total at the top when opening their board.
1 voteThis has been done in a variety of ways. First, we removed all board and group totals from the new vision and the existing details view. Pricing is only under the budget view, to keep things more organized. Second, even in budget view you can use view permissions to shut off board totals and change your view mode to presentation mode. this gives you complete control.

I'd like to be able to resize the tiles in a board. They are too big and hard to see sometimes.
the tiles are sometimes too big. I would like to be able to make them smaller. Grid option makes them the perfect size but then no comments or details are visible.
2 votesThe vision view is our most beautiful view ever (we like to think its the nicest out there). In the vision view, click on the menu dots (or right click) and select resize to make the image 1,2 or 3 rows and columns. You now have FIVE columns instead of three in the vision view, to give you complete control. You can also reposition the image in the square and zoom in to give you exactly the view you want.

Bookmarklet Currency
Good morning,
I just wanted to ask you something that always happens with the currency when using Wecora .
So I always set the currency in GBP but when dragging the bookmarklet link onto the board appears as Dollars every time. It is annoying when I have to change the currency after every single item on the board.
I have attached some screen shots
Maybe you guys know what is the reason this happens or the solution
Thank you so much for your time

1 voteWe implemented bookmark level currencies yesterday. The default for the currencies is based on your account level currency setting. Hope this helps!

integrate print capabilites-the online boards work great-but I cannot print accurately-it is getting worse
Need to be able to print the board as it is shown on the screen to either an 8 1/2" x 11 page or 11'x 17". Also, the font choices are very limited-need more options-
7 votesI have very good news on this and Lisa Robison was actually the inspiration. We have just launched Wecora PLAY and Wecora PRINT. Play is a way to show the board in full screen mode without distraction but PRINT is a way to print a board specifically for offline use. A printed board is formatted similar to PowerPoint Slide Notes – each image, list or note is displayed large on the left side of the page with lines for taking notes displayed on the right.
This provides professionals with a way to print all the items on a board for face to face discussions while providing a way to take notes, offline. Of course we recommend you then enter those notes onto your board when you are back online, but now you have the boards in a printable format you can use. Plus, with Wecora PLAY, you can…

Re letter Items on the Concept Boards
Be able to re letter items on a concept board easily by typing in the letter! It's a nightmare if you don't specifically drag items onto the board in order.
1 voteYou should be able to just click on the assigned indicator label and select a new one. If not, please email support@wecora.com so we can file a bug.

Ability to track & report date of changes, re-selections, modifications per client/project/board
We want to be able to use it as part of a time/activity report for each of our clients, to track time/dates spent on product selection, re-selections, changes, revisions, etc..

I would love to have an undo button to eliminate/correct the most recent action taken.

I would like to be able to have multiple images associated with items.
The board might show one photo of a sofa, but if you click on it, there would be thumbnails showing different angles, dimensioned drawings, etc. This would be sooo helpful. For example photos of tile don't really send anyone, but we could have "supporting images" showing installation photos.
17 votesThis is now possible in the Wecora Creative Suite, as well as the ability to associate any board with any item on boards.

Provide control over who can see the source information
Right now, if boards are shared, the only option is to "yes" share item details AND source info or "no" don't share either. Instead of grouping item name, sales price and quantity with the item source, we want the ability to always have item details (not unit cost of course) visible but decide on a person by person basis who can see the item source so we can prevent clients from "shopping around us."

Fix printing by letting all boards be saved as PDFs
Printing is a nightmare since it requires exact print settings, fonts, margins, etc. Since everyone has different printers, settings, fonts, etc, boards never print correctly. Also, auto arranged boards live on an infinite canvas, so images are cut off or misplaced.
We can solve this by allowing all board types to be saved as a PDF. PDF documents are universally used for consistent formats and will allow the boards to look as they should. These PDFs can then be printed, emailed, etc.

Make board types less confusing
Right now there are boards and "concepts" for pro and team users. Concepts used to be called "presentation" boards and are still basically boards for all intents and purposes. Not calling them boards is confusing. We're going to have just one BOARD with two "types" - one where the items are automatically arranged on the board and commenting is right under the image (what we currently call a board) and one where you can arrange and resize the items as you want (what we call a concept, but many know them as presentation or mood boards). You will get to…
