@Jenni WCS allows you to attach multiple images to an item added to a board, however, these images are viewable by anyone viewing the board. Were not sure wht you mean by attaching images that ARENT visible if you share the board.

If you share the board, you are sharing everything viewable on the board - including all images, comments and attached files. Why would it be any other way? Please explain how/why you would add multiple images to an item on a board that if shared you would not want visible.

The problem with having them in comments is that the attachment is then viewable by anyone with whom the board is shared . . .. unless I am missing something.

While we are probably going to allow additional attachments to items in the near future, please keep in mind that you can CURRENTLY attached ANY file type to a board. All you need to do is upload that file as a comment for the board.

Many people do this to keep organized.

As for project level files, this is under consideration but in an effort to simplify and not complicate project management, we might not want to have THREE different locations file could be stored.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE add the file option : ) Every creative project management program I've used is missing this feature. From an Interior Design standpoint, the ability to store proposals, POs, invoices, scanned receipts, etc. would be a lifesaver. Ideally (in my world : )), this feature would apply to Projects (i.e. for contracts, proposals, etc.), boards (i.e. for room layouts, measurements) and items (i.e. for vendor invoices, POs, etc.).

Would LOVE to be able to add files. Thanks for response and all the fabulous development you are doing!

We are DEFINITELY planning this in the next release of Wecora. In fact you will be able to associate other boards as well as other images with any item on a board exactly as you said. We're even debating letting you add files, such as contracts and PDFs and such. Let us know your thoughts.
