  1. Add or remove single items from overall budget on Budget View

    Old wecora had the capability to completely control what was included in a boards budget from the List view, and you could check/uncheck what was included in the total number. Newcora now pulls every single item and displays in huge text at the top. This is not an accurate representation of cost when the client will only be selecting one of the options within each group.
