To be clear, this means being able to quickly copy items from your Wecora Library into Studio, correct? Just like you can with Programma or DesignFiles. Or are you envisioning something else?

Were starting to work on this but need feedback. This is going to become a MAJOR part of Wecora and we want to make sure we do it correctly while also making it super easy for you and your clients to use.

    The general idea is this:

    • You will be able to send individual items or an entire board to anyone for "approval"
    • Only ONE person will be able to approve an item. Meaning if you sent an item or board to Person A you will not be able to send to Person B (unless Person A does not approve or you retract the approval request). Do you utilize voting? What you are talking about would be some kind of approval workflow, where you would need to mark an item as ready for approval and then the client would need to approve it. But what happens if they later change their mind? How would that work? And what about the history of it all? How do you envision this working?

I know a lot of people use voting and then use Quick/Pinned Labels to mark those that are approved.

Can you give us the use case for this and why sharing the individual item with the permissions you would like doesnt work? Most people just share the board with the base permissions and then can share an individual item with additional permissions if they want someone to see more on that one item.
