Ability to track & report date of changes, re-selections, modifications per client/project/board
We want to be able to use it as part of a time/activity report for each of our clients, to track time/dates spent on product selection, re-selections, changes, revisions, etc..

Thanks for the note. The good news is - you already have this! It's called the Activity Log. It has every main activity performed.
Now if you want it to be REPORTABLE or PRINTABLE in some format, that's a different story. If that's the case, please post a new idea re: that specific request.
