  1. Bring back ability to convert the "storyboard" to a "planning" board

    Before update (May 2015) I used to be able to convert the "storyboard" to a "planning" board
    easily. Now my only choice is to convert it to a "budget" board.

  2. Tearsheets

    I would love to be able to have each item on its own sheet for printing purposes. we use them internally and for clients who prefer hard copies (we have a few who are not that good with online visualization). our format is currently; company logo at the top, item image centered and a list of information below. We don't need them to be available online to view but if we could print them in this format that would be great.

  3. ability to remove background and change color of item

    making it possible to remove background (including white background) of an image to overlay. and ability to change the color/finish of an item.

  5. I would love to see an App!

    would love to be able to pull up a client's board through an app, which would allow a quick view to the pics while shopping, or in the car, etc.

    We definitely plan on doing this, however, I am curious to know what you like and don’t like about using Wecora on your iphone/android right now.

    The site is optimized for mobile and lets you view the board and shopping list simply by rotating the device.

    Please let us know if you have tried this and what you like and dont like as it will help guide the app.

  6. Integrating libraries of furniture pieces with labels within a design firm

    Allow the integration within a firm of furniture libraries with labels so all of the designers in the same firm can sort all of the items by label - no matter who saved it to the furniture library. It will really save time by not having all designers saving the same item to their own library because they don't have time to scroll through thousands of items to see if that item has already been saved!

  7. Ability to Export to QuickBooks Online

    I would love the ability to export invoices to QuickBooks online without having the desktop software.

  8. Allow non-visual costs and time to be added to boards

    We've had countless requests to allow things like time estimates, shipping, setup, consulting fees, etc to be added to the budget to give everyone involved in a project a more complete picture. We're going to enable this functionality in a way that is seamless with how items are currently added to boards.

  9. I would like to be able to share just a group or item without having to share the entire design board.

    Or even a concept design. For example, with a vendor who may be working on a specific task or part of a project who does not need to be privy to the entire board details.
    Maybe this would also help with the question of who can see the source info, and would offer another option - they only see the details on the group/item/concept they have been shared/invited to.

  10. Put status labels at a project- or user-level setting (not just board level)

    It would be great to have the status labels to be uniform/ consistent for all projects under a user, or at least all boards under a project! I have been using (and loving) the status labels, but it is a bit of a hassle to label or define them for each board.

  11. Bring budgeting / pricing lists to the forefront

    Budgeting and shopping lists have been second class citizens in Wecora, buried in menus or tabs. They are automatically created, static and not editable. Despite this, they are incredibly useful as the price per item or of all the items on a board (or comparing item A versus B) is a large factor in decision making.

    We are going to make budgets more prominent so as items are added to the board, they are added to a visible budget right next to it. We are going to make budgets editable so non-costs, such as floor plans for interior designers or…

  12. Product Catalog/Inventory Management Capabilities

    I would REALLY LOVE to have a way to quickly and easily reference my own product library through Wecora. Something similar to what Olioboard has, but with more options for storing the product information (including a super easy option for adding different versions of the same item without having multiple entries in your library.)

  13. Display Options Setting by Client (instead of by board)

    I would like the option of doing the display settings by client instead of by board. It's easy to forget and the client is then having a very inconsistent experience.

  14. Add budgeting capabilities back to concept boards

    Allow budgets to be created off of "freeform" type boards (aka concept/presentation boards) so that professionals and their clients can view the numbers behind the visual.

  15. Make it easier to create or import from a 3D room visualiser like roomstyler

    I'm guessing designers just have to use two different software platforms here but it would be great to do it within Wecora or be able to export from a 3D room planner software.

  16. Add option to choose which boards to use when creating PDF binder

    Before this update (May 2015) I could select which boards I wanted to see when I created a PDF binder. Also, it used to showed in a list but now it shows in what ever the format the board was created in. It would be nice to have the list back or have the option of how to display the binder.

  17. Tab groups within a planning board

    Would love a way to jump from one group to another in a planning board without having to scroll all the way up or down. If there are several groups and lots of items in each one the scrolling up and down to get from one group to another becomes tedious.

  18. Allow discounts to be shown in the list view

    I would like to see the retail price and the discounted price for the client to view in the cases where they are getting a discount. Most times they need to see it on paper. This would be ideal if it can be shown on the list view

  19. Please bring back the 'LIST VIEW!!' or provide better EXPORT TO PDF options, please!

    We used it as a "Click-Able Purchase List" for our eDesign Board Packages! And please make it available from all of the boards-- Story, Planning & Budget. With the current Creative Suite-- if we have a Storyboard for a client and want to provide a "purchase list," we are having to Export to Budget Board -> Export to PDF w/ Source checked on the Display Settings.   20. Add "Internal Only" option to features in Shared Boards

    We often create two boards for a project, one internal and one that we allow our clients to see. We do this because we use the item comments to track miscellaneous information that we do not want our client to see (such as shipping costs, lead times, statuses, etc.) It would be great if we could either mark a comment as "internal" on a shared board so it can only be viewed within the firm or if we could create a "mirrored" board that automatically duplicates anything added to either board other than comments posted internally.
