  1. Bring back red note color

    We used red notes all of the time to make our clients aware of things as their scrolling through the boards since a bright red really stands out and gets their attention. The yellow, orange and other colors don't grab attention as well as red notes, plus our clients were used to seeing red notes for important items to look out for.

  2. Reorder Custom Fields once data is entered

    Create a way to reorganize the custom fields categories after data is filled in (instead of deleting it and adding it in the correct order, one by one).

  3. Pre-populate project when using Capture

    Often clipping for the same project, so it would be helpful to have the most recent project used to be pre-set in project field. Just need this clipping/capturing process to be as quick as possible!

  7. web clipper default drop down menus to most recently used project, room, and board

    Right now you have to select the project and room over and over, this gets annoying. The program can see I am clipping to this client and that room so it should help me out by defaulting to that and i can change if needed.

  9. I'd like to be able to resize the tiles in a board. They are too big and hard to see sometimes.

    the tiles are sometimes too big. I would like to be able to make them smaller. Grid option makes them the perfect size but then no comments or details are visible.

  10. Client Approval Check Box

    A way in which a client can approve their final selections with a click of a button vs have to make a comment. Comments can be missed/overlooked and the simplicity of checking a box for approvals would make the cilent experience even better.

    Were starting to work on this but need feedback. This is going to become a MAJOR part of Wecora and we want to make sure we do it correctly while also making it super easy for you and your clients to use.


    The general idea is this:


    • You will be able to send individual items or an entire board to anyone for "approval"
    • Only ONE person will be able to approve an item. Meaning if you sent an item or board to Person A you will not be able to send to Person B (unless Person A does not approve or you retract the approval request). This is so you dont end up with conflicting approvals, meaning you don't have Person A saying APPROVED and Person B saying NOT APPROVED and therefore have no idea what to do.

  11. Be able to turn on and off the item source/link on an item by item basis

    We'd like to be able to turn on and off the permission to see specific fields WITHIN a board when shared. We know we can share individual items and turn on and off fields that way, but we want it so that when we share an entire board we can hide certain fields on certain items on that board.

  17. Feature Request: Add ability to "hide" a group

    Like an eyeball above the group name...this is requested to play around with "hiding" or including certain groups from the overall budget for example to see the updated cost or hide it from being included and visible on the board for people I share it with.
