Stealth editing mode: continue working on boards discreetly without unsharing with clients
After presenting some initial ideas to the client (so that the board is already shared), I like to keep pinning items while developing the design. However, because the client has access to the board, even though I avoid typing comments in the chat window which sends out notifications, time to time he/she wants to start engaging.
I would love to easily turn on/off the visibility of boards. While it’s off, my clients don’t receive any notifications, and when they come to the board they would see a “work in progress - stay tuned” kind of message.

Rearrange the photos within the group!
I find it difficult to change the position of the items within a group. I have moved them up or down easily but rearranging them inside of a group is difficult!

Add an optional field to highlight the RRP of a product so clients can clearly see their discounts.
Perhaps a calculator that also works out the amount they are saving with the designer and an option to run a report to show their full savings across the whole project.

Be able to select multiple images in Bookmarklet that upload to the one item.
(eg. shots showing different angles and colourways for the same product). This is currently a manual process of downloading the images from the website, saving to the computer and uploading as supporting images to the item. Currently, when you select multiple items in the Bookmarklet it adds them each as new individual items on the board. It would be good to be able to shuffle the order of the images by dragging and dropping including the main image.

Allow for the main image of an item to be changed/replaced.
Sometimes when adding an item via the bookmarklet the image associated will not show up on the board but all the other details will. There is no option that I can see to add or replace the main image here so I need to save the image from the website then upload the image as a new item on the board and then copy and paste all the details from each of the fields from the original item to the new one. create a means of sorting the list view alphabetically.
I tend to like to sort by vendor so that when i do po's all vendors are together. It would be much more effective if i could sort my List view alphabetically.

Add the ability to delete comments from the side bar message center after the item has been deleted.

Allow individual votes to be visible to all voters or the ability to create a vote report
I am working with several groups and using your boards for communication purposes and 'committee' design projects.
More than one have asked if they can 'see' the others votes...
The only way I can tell who voted for what is by clicking the thumbs individually on each item as an admin.
I’d like the option to create a report that tells who voted for what, or allow the clients to see all the votes individually as an option in display settings.2 votes -
Can we get a way to duplicate note cards a cross boards.
When we are working on a project some times we make a notecard that that pertains to two different boards. It would be helpful to be able to duplicate the note card to another board rather than having to remake the note card.

We would like more formatting options for the description box
It would be helpful to be able to make bulleted lists, or multiple lines of text. We would like to be able to list model numbers and finish information, but as the description box works now everything winds up on one line.

Export Private "internal notes" field to excel
Is there a way to export the data from "internal notes" field in the private tab for ordering? It looks like when I export to an excel or csv file, the only info that exports is the name, source, price, quantity and cost. If I can export the data in the private internal notes field, which is where we store all the specifics for the order (wood finish, fabric, vendor, nail head, size, etc) and it would really streamline ordering if we could export this data rather than having to click on each item individually to get the order details.

Option to duplicate items and include comments / history across different groups.
For example, we provided our client with 4 different decor combinations for their master bedroom, all of which included a particular side table that they loved and definitely wanted. When they made their decision on which combination they wanted, we eliminated the other 3 groups but this also eliminated all the history and comments that went along with those items. It would be ideal if we could have the option to copy items to multiple groups and any comments or updates automatically populate all of them to ensure no correspondence is lost.

iPad usage
I would love to be able to continue working while away from my desk on my iPad from time to time but it doesn't work very well. Also, my clients like to look at Wecora from their iPad and I am constantly getting feedback that the board is not working or they try to put in their email address and it comes back with a message that they don't recognize their email address! Suggestions?

Upload pics from cell phone
Often want to use pics Ive taken of product or onsite in a planning board, but can not upload directly from phone to Wecora board. Transferring the pics becomes a multi-step process.
(I prefer to no longer use Dropbox due to the lack of security).Having this ability would also decrease my desire for a Wecora app.

Tab groups within a planning board
Would love a way to jump from one group to another in a planning board without having to scroll all the way up or down. If there are several groups and lots of items in each one the scrolling up and down to get from one group to another becomes tedious.

Edit the quantities per item to allow 1.25, 1.5 increments for input of fabric yardage
Currently each item only allows the quantities to be whole numbers but quite often you only need to estimate 1.5 yds of fabric (or other fractions). This would be so helpful for the board and the budget if we could input 1.25, 1.5, 1.75 as the quantities when we are putting fabric estimates for draperies, upholstery, etc.

Default on Bookmarklet labels to last category used
. On the BM Clips ...when you have the option to give it a label, specify the project and board etc...I have noticed that it defaults to the projects and board last used but have to select the label for the clip each time. Was wondering if you would see about some feedback as to if i might be helpful for other people if the label also defaulted to the last used? Might just be my personal design process but typically when I am sourcing something I am like looking for 10 rugs and then 6 pillows so it's the…
