You first need to hit SHARE.  After publishing, you will have the option to enter in as many email addresses as you wish as well as to control if those you are sharing with are able to view product details and pricing info.  Sharing with other specific people allows them to comment on boards as well.  You can also share the provided URL for quick viewing of boards with others, but they will not be able to see any details of or comment on the board.
