This is a very rare occurrence, but not impossible! First, be sure to let us know so that we can look in to a possible fix for you. In the meantime, don't forget that you can always snag/save the image (details on how to do this, click here) and then upload to your board this way. Not ideal, but will work until we can assist you with this.  Also try your Web Search to see if image is available here as an alternative.
